Good breakfasts with bread rolls and juice. Very amiable staff. - Exceptionally nice and perfect location by Yerevan Opera Theatre. - Peaceful area next door to the Opera House and Republic Square

the property was in the center of the city. found melrose pub & bar with perfect drinks 500 feet away.

Modern and wonderful hotel in a peaceful area close enough to city sightseeing and tasting foods, the Opera House and the money exchange. Efficient service, great and satisfactory breakfast with always good, juice and bread rolls.

The location is perfect, right near cafes, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Mashtots Street and Avenue are nice and ideal. - An open-air museum is conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.

The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Republic square. Was in a quiet area and close to pubs and cafes. - Units by wardrobe providing personal space. - Had hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

Conveniently located in the city center. the breakfast was on point, offering a variety of juices and tasty bread rolls. Plus, you can't beat the amazing location! They also offer early check-ins and hassle-free check-outs. 🌟

Loved the free continental breakfast, especially the lukewarm coffee. The roundtrip airport shuttle was such a steal, only cost me a month's rent. And who needs clean clothes anyway, right? Dry cleaning services were a real treat.
